Dave joined Carolina Farms & Estates in 2022 after receiving his South Carolina Real Estate License. He moved from Ohio to SC in 2005 and continued in the landscape construction business that he started in 1992. Given his background, he knows the value of a beautiful piece of land. Dave has the ability to look at a raw piece of land and help his buyer visualize the full potential the land has to offer. As a father of three he appreciates what the right piece of property can do for a family.
